He is also serving as the Lead Pastor of Legacy House. In addition to church ministry, he serves as Chief Strategy Officer at House of Providence, a nonprofit that walks alongside vulnerable children and families.

Assistant Pastor/Board

Ricardo Arredondo

We believe the church is to be led by a plurality of elders, serving together as spiritual shepherds and overseers of the church under the authority of Christ and His Word. While we recognize a chief among equals, much like the leadership we see modeled through Timothy, this does not mean that the church is led by a pastor alone. Rather, the lead pastor (or primary elder) carries particular responsibility for leadership and direction while serving alongside a plurality of qualified elders who share in the spiritual oversight of the church. In this way, we seek to avoid both a pastor only model and a congregationally led model, pursuing instead a biblical pattern of shared elder leadership marked by humility, accountability, and mutual submission.

1 Timothy 3:1 7, Titus 1:5 9, 1 Peter 5:1 4, and Acts 20:17 35.

Faster Alone. Further Together.
